Massage Therapist

Melanie has been a massage therapist since completing her training from the Massage Therapy program at Florida College of Natural Health in 2012.  She specializes in Deep Tissue and Sports massage but also has in depth knowledge of Swedish Massage, Hot Stone massage, and Prenatal. As an athlete herself, she believes massage is a natural performance enhancer and can optimize an athlete's ability.

MISSION STATEMENT:

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, an Athlete, and a Mother of two; I am a firm believer that massage can help manage a busy lifestyle and allow a person to enjoy a higher, more vibrant state of health. My goal is to assist in improving my client's health, fitness potential, and overall well-being. Each session is customized to a clients individual needs using a variety of modalities of massage..
