CHIROPRACTIC MANIPULATION

Chiropractic manipulation is used to restore and improve joint mobility and alignment.  A chiropractic adjustment can be done to any joint in the body, including the upper and lower extremities.  After an adjustment our bodies are stimulated to release  endorphins, which aids in decreased pain and relaxation.  Maintaining and improving healthy joint mobility and alignment is not only important in athletic performance, but it improves bone health and soft tissue health.

A combination of Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, and myofasial release techniques. Firm but gentle pressure is used to increase circulation and allow for proper function and movement, break up muscle adhesions, and help promote the healthy healing of scar tissue. You’ll leave feeling relaxed and invigorated, with a renewed sense of well-being. Excellent for improving flexibility, range of motion, and circulation, as well as promoting proper posture.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is best for giving attention to certain painful, stiff "trouble spots" in your body. The massage therapist uses slow, deliberate strokes that focus pressure on layers of muscles, tendons, or other tissues deep under your skin. Though less rhythmic than other types of massage, deep tissue massage can be quite therapeutic -- relieving chronic patterns of tension and helping with muscle injuries, such as back sprain.

Ear candling also known as auricular candling or coning, refers to various procedures that involve placing a cone-shaped device in the ear canal and  extracting earwax and other impurities with the help of smoke or a burning wick.
